1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Waveon (the "Service") operated by Skylink ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Waveon is a no-code platform that enables users to create interactive content, web applications, and digital experiences without programming knowledge. Our Service includes:

  • Templates and Components: Pre-built templates and reusable components

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7.3 Refunds

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are at our sole discretion after 30 days

9. Termination

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results from using the Service will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100 USD IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waveon, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your User Content

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except you may pursue claims in small claims court.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

13.4 Venue

Any legal proceedings shall be brought in Delaware, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Material changes will be notified via email or Service notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
